Najprawdopodobniej jest to tak zwany elektromagnes sprzęgła poboru papieru (skleja się i rolka poboru papieru kręci się cały czas). Wystarczy wyczyścić i nakleić jakąś folie by nie przylegał metal, który blokuje sprzęgło poboru papieru.
